The following items can't be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective(please do send me a picture of the damaged item first), I can't accept returns for:

*Custom Made items
*On-Sale items
Please refer to individual item's description to see in which category they belong in.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase that is included in your order.

I will gladly give a full refund or replace a damaged item if the damage is my fault(i.e. insufficient packaging)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
